You're not lacking discipline. You're running scripts that no longer fit.
Our programs help men identify what's driving their decisions under pressure — and rewrite it. For individuals, for organizations, and for the schools raising the next generation of men.
The ManUScript
The ManUScript is a leadership and life framework for men carrying responsibility, pressure, and ambition — without a script that actually fits who they are now.
Built on the 6 P Framework — Purpose, Power, Presence, Progress, Partnership, and Play — the program helps you understand how you operate under pressure. You identify the inherited patterns behind your decisions, and rewrite them. Clarity becomes something you live, not something you chase.
This isn't self-improvement. It's operational clarity.

For Schools & Youth
Social-emotional learning and mentorship for young men, delivered with partners including the NYC Department of Education.
Mentorship that meets young men where they are.
In partnership with the NYC Department of Education, we deliver mentorship and leadership training to rising juniors and seniors in schools across the city — social-emotional learning that builds self-esteem, identity, and purpose while fostering belonging.
Youth-facing and grant-funded work is delivered with our 501(c)(3) partner, Camping to Connect, which confronts teen social isolation through nature, mentorship, and brotherhood.
